I plan to buy a bike for home use. Because I don't like going to the gym. And when I used to go to the gym, the treadmill and/or bike were the only ones I used. The ones in the mall are quite expensive. And I do not know how one brand differs from another. They all look the same to me. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks! |

My advice to you is to buy a trampoline and forget about a bunch of unnecessary fitness equipment forever. It is the ideal device for keeping your body in good shape. When you jump, you engage almost every muscle in your body, burn many calories, and train your coordination.
