1. Cut the committees

Speaking of meetings, how many committee commitments are excessive? What if it depended on each teacher? Volunteers, parents, and teachers who really enjoy getting involved in extracurricular activities can take care of that when it comes to planning dances, study days, and after-school clubs. Others shouldn't need to sit for an hour in a chair, and attend a meeting where everyone is arguing over the colors of the banners and balloons.

2. Give me a break from the icebreakers
“Now that you've settled in, get up, find someone with the same shoes as you. Then discuss your dream summer and then look awkwardly at the tips of your shoes, until I tell you the ordeal is over ”. No teacher in school history likes to indulge in those awkward icebreaker sessions in a meeting after a long day of class. They just want to sit down, take notes, and stealthily eat all the mini Snickers on the table. Please, administrators, stop with your icebreakers!

3. Pizza Fridays

Yes, it's finally time to reward teachers for their hard fight with food, because it's the best thing after money. Each Friday, free pizzas should be provided by generous volunteers, local pizzerias and paid for with money from the social committee. In addition to the pizza, there would be refreshments and a Costco cheesecake (because, duh). Teachers Deserve Pizza! Shout it from the rooftops!

4. Daily breakfasts prepared by a caterer
Emaciated chicken nuggets and dehydrated corn are no breakfast. What if we could serve our teachers (and our students) real food, made on site or elsewhere, that is actually edible? Private school teachers aren't the only ones deserving of a Thai pineapple and fresh cashew quinoa salad instead of the space food served in public schools.

5. Class sizes
Welcome to your new class! In a perfect world where education would be a major concern for funding, you would only have the number of students that can be managed emotionally, physically and socially. You would no longer have to have so many children that you would feel guilty that you hadn't been able to chat with everyone during the day. You would no longer trip over desks because there are so many in your room that there is no room to walk. More hours of reading 37 headache essays. Your rejoicing would be heard all over the world.

6. Prize draw in meetings, what do you say?

Teachers can't afford to leave every meeting early, so why not offer an incentive like stationery items to attend staff meetings and be on time? Sure, staff meetings and DPCs are part of the job requirements, but can't we make them bearable with a little whimsy and less "Let's start with something positive that happened to you today"? Besides, wouldn't it be great if incentive prizes were represented by bottles of wine, gift cards and / or Flair pens? These new incentive meetings would certainly result in a 100% attendance and attention rate.

7. What papers?
Paperwork is another super fun task that prompts teachers to reconsider their career or arts products choices. Why do we have to do all of this? Since when has completing reading plans become more important than teaching to read?

Working in any capacity in education is difficult. Even though a lot of the points on this list are just empty talk, wouldn't it be a wonderful world if they were actually possible? A teacher has the right to dream.

Teachers are not teachers to earn money only, but they are the real difference makers in societies. From institutes to online homework help services, the administration should focus on the well being of their employed tutors. Even the students who buy essays online, expect high-quality work. That is only possible when the administration pays attention to the requirements of those tutors.
