One way to explain this point is to use the
Uncompromised Life Review example of a couple, living in the middle of no where, without electricity. Now, imagine that they are transported into the current, modern world, and are given a set of very low wattage light bulbs, and the surprise and awe when they flick the light switch on an and off.
Naturally, if they had never seen light by electricity before, they would be very impressed with the light they could now see. However, Imagine then, that after some time, they were given a high wattage lamp, and shown the difference in light, almost like comparing a 25 Watt light to a 100 Watt lamp. Again, needless to say, they would be even more impressed than before. Now, my point comes, in that the power, by the electricity that was available, was always there. The only difference is that the lamps were improved, to be able to 'show off' the brighter light. However, the electricity supply was always there.
Translating the above, slightly outlandish story to yourself as a human, you already have all the potential power and energy running through you. It is simply a case of setting up your self to accurately reflect outwards, in all your glory, your power and energy, and potential that is already in you. I know it is a round about way to make the point, but I'm sure you see clearly where this is already going.
